  1. Musée Grévin

    • The Musée Grévin, opened in 1882, is a wax museum featuring very realistic wax statues of famous French and international personalities. For example, in 2009 the museum added President Barack Obama's wax doppelganger to a scene with other world leaders, such as French President Nicolas Sarkozy and German Chancellor Angela Merkel. A historic section illustrates French history from the middle ages to the 19th century.

    Museum of Magic

    • The Museum of Magic, or the Musée de la Magie, is located in the historic Marais neighborhood, known for its narrow, winding streets and 17th century aristocratic mansions. The museum traces the history of illusionists and magic tricks from the 18th century to today. Museum highlights include the gallery of optical illusions and the hall of mirrors. Your visit ends with a magic show that will delight visitors of all ages.

    Tropical Aquarium

    • See clown fish and sea anemones at the Tropical Aquarium.

      The Tropical Aquarium, situated just next to the Bois de Vincennes, is housed in a majestic Art Deco building that was once the colonial museum. The Aquarium features a collection of about 5000 animals and 300 species including sharks, Nile crocodiles, clown fish, sea anemones and piranhas.

    Cité des Sciences et Industrie and Parc de la Villette

    • The Geode is situated in the futuristic Parc de la Villette.

      The Cité des Sciences, a science museum complex in northeast Paris, features ever-changing science-themed exhibits for all ages, and two special interactive areas, the Cités des Enfants (literally "Kid Cities"), geared for kids aged 2 to 7 and 5 to12, respectively. In addition, you can also see an IMAX film on the giant hemispheric screen of the Géode, a futuristic building shaped like a silver ball. After your visit, stroll through the nearby Parc de la Villette, a large urban park with quirky architecture, playgrounds, and activities that covers 35 hectares.
