Some amusement parks only have one or two roller coasters. Cedar Point features 17 roller coasters, the most in any amusement park in the world, according to Cedar Point. In "Amusement Today"'s annual Golden Ticket rankings for amusement parks, Cedar Point had three in the "Top 10 Steel Coasters of 2009." The publication ranked the Millennium Force coaster second, the Magnum XL-200 ninth, and the Thrill Dragster as the 10th best. The park's other attractions include water rides, children rides, and slow-moving rides like a ferris wheel.

The War of 1812 comes alive at Fort Meigs. The battlefield shows what life was like during the war with a museum and reconstructed fort. The museum focuses on four themes about the war. The conflict is explored, which includes the history of the war and Fort Meigs' role. Also explained is the time period of frontier Ohio, the reflections of the fort from men who served there, and how archaeologists and historians learned about the fort.

The Snook's Dream Cars Automobile Museum takes you back to another time period. The venue includes a reconstructed Texaco gas station from the 1940s and a showroom displaying vintage cars from the 1930s to the 1960s. They include convertibles, Jaguars, and military vehicles. The automobiles are placed in period scenes such as in front of a 1930s general store or a 1950s diner. The museum also has automobile memorabilia, including advertisements, model cars, and oil cans.
