The Pine Bush Discovery Center is a fun attraction for those interested in nature and wildlife. This inland ecosystem offers the opportunity to touch a real snake skin, build a sand dune, visit a butterfly garden or observe live animals such as the American woodcock and the Spadefoot toad. The cost of admission is free, and it is open 9 a.m to 4 p.m Tuesday through Friday and 10 a.m to 4 p.m Saturday and Sunday.

Albany Aqua Ducks & Trolleys is a company that offers boat and trolley tours of Albany. The land tours visit historic sites of Albany such as NY State Capitol, Washington Park, Empire State Plaza and the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. The boat tours visit famous Albany landmarks such as Patroon Island Bridge, the Dutch Apple Cruise Ship and the USS Slater.
