Complete school with a technical diploma or a degree from a university. This will be required to enter and work in Saudi Arabia. You will have to submit a notarized copy of the degree or diploma along with your application.
Accept employment from a company that is located within Saudi Arabia. Before filling out the visa application you must have a job offer. The Saudi Arabian Embassy will not process employment applications for those who plan on seeking work once they are in the country. They also will not process employment visa applications if you are already in the country and found work while you were there. This must be completed at the embassy in the country of citizenship.

Make sure you understand the terms of the contract when you fill out the visa application. You will be signing that you understand that you will abide by Saudi Arabian law, adhere to customs, and not contradict Islamic or Saudi Arabian law and you can be punished to the fullest extent of the law (including death) if you are caught smuggling drugs, alcohol or pornography into the country. Also, you will be signing that you comply with a fingerprint and retinal scan, if requested.
Obtain a letters from future and past employers. The company that you will begin to work for must provide a letter that they are sponsoring you to come to the country and that they have a legitimate job offer for you. Also, if you were employed within the Kingdom within the last three years you will have to submit a letter or release from your past employer.
Make a doctor's appointment. Three copies of the final medical report will be required to be submitted with the application. The medical reports need to be filed within three months of when they were taken. There is a special form that is required to be filled out, this can be obtained on the Saudi Arabia Embassy website as a .pdf.
Request a criminal report. This criminal report will have to be submitted with the application.
Acquire a cashier's check or money order. Payments can only be made in the form of a cashier's check or money order. All applications cost $14 and require a return envelope with proper postage prepaid for the return.
Fill out the online application. There is a link on the Saudi Arabia Embassy website that will require you to answer several questions and at times submit documentation via the Internet. This is an online request for the employment visa.
