How do I Measure for a Passport Photo?

The U.S. Department of State sets in place strict rules and regulations regarding passports. A lengthy application, proof of identification, proof of citizenship and two passport photos must be sent to the Bureau of Consular Affairs before a passport is issued to any U.S. citizen. Photos are placed inside of each passport issued as further proof of identity when you use your passport to travel internationally. The requirements for passport photos are extensive and non-negotiable.
