Wanderlust World Wanderlust World Open the Illinois Tollway website and click on the "Roads & Tolls Information" link.
Click on the "Toll Calculator" link. This page will calculate the toll rates for you based on the route you input.
From the "Select Entry Point" drop down menu, choose the location point where you intend to enter the tollway.
Use the link to the tollway map to determine the point of entry and exit on the Illinois Tollway.
From the "Select Exit Point" drop down menu, choose the location point where you intend to exit the tollway.
From the "Select Vehicle Category" drop down menu, choose the type of vehicle you drive.
Click on "Calculate Toll" and the website will provide you with a list of all of the toll fees on your route.
