Santos beaches offer children the opportunity to go swimming, create sand castles and play in the Frog Fountain, an area that features fountains, a skate park and a place to go bicycling. It also features a very large beach garden that stretches for four kilometers. Children can also view boats docked off the beach or watch them come and go. The weather is usually hotter and more humid from around November through March, but it is nice enough to give your child plenty of beach time. There is usually a tourist information booth set up in Bandeiras Square, which is close to Gonzaga Beach.
