Prepare for a literature exam. Stop at Capt. Tony's for a drink. It used to be called Sloppy Joes and was a favorite drinking spot for Earnest Hemingway. Be careful! You might become a member of the Lost Generation.
Lay on the beach. The weather is warm and just right for tanning. Be careful not to overdo the sun the first day if you're a pasty white. Sunburn has spoiled many vacations. Don't let it spoil spring break in Key West.
Snorkel, sail, parasail or swim in the beautiful waters off Key West. If you're on a sailing tour, you might even get a complimentary beverage or two.
Get tickets to one of the many tours offered. Travel by the Conch Tour Train, Old Town Trolley Car, bicycle or walk. There are tours that suite every interest, even the paranormal. See ghosts, shipwrecks, butterflies, dolphins and so much more.
Suck a few beers. There are a multitude of night spots on Key West. Duval Street has both Capt. Tony's and Hog's Breath Saloon dx.
Join the locals at the end of the day. Stand on the beach and watch the beautiful sunset. Music in the background adds to the emotion.
