Hank's Fine Steaks opened inside of the Green Valley Resort in October, 2005. The restaurant held "Zagat" ratings of "extraordinary to perfection" for its decor as of September 2010, which features a light-blue and brown color scheme, plush booths and opulent crystal chandeliers overhead. The cuisine and service earned ratings of "very good to excellent" from "Zagat," and the restaurant has won the four-diamond award from AAA Motor Club. All of the steaks are U.S.D.A prime beef dry-aged 28 days before being char-grilled over mesquite charcoal. A signature cut is the 24 oz. bone-in ribeye. Dishes are a la carte, and the restaurant is known for its side dishes, particularly the truffle tater tots. The restaurant has a full bar, specializing in martinis. Feast Around the World Buffet is an all-you-can eat restaurant that features Italian, American, Mongolian, Chinese and other international cuisine prepared by chefs at stations while diners watch. The buffet also features seafood like crab legs, which are available at brunch and dinner and are considered the specialties of the house. The restaurant held "Zagat" ratings of "good to very good" for its food and service and "fair to good" for its decor, as of September, 2010. That year, the restaurant also won the award for "Best Brunch" in Las Vegas from the readers of the "Las Vegas Review-Journal." The Feast Around the World Buffet serves breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days per week. Reservations are not taken. The buffet is often busy at peak dining hours, however, which can meet a wait in line at the buffet stations or for a table. Casual attire is acceptable.

Established in July, 2007, Terra Verde specializes in Italian cuisine and tapas, which are small-plate dishes. Wood-fired pizzas and calzones are among the restaurants notable fare, such as the capricciosa topped with tomato, mozzarella, Italian ham, mushrooms, artichokes and olives. Pasta like the meat lasagna, seafood like the rosemary shrimp, and meats like the veal marsala are also available. The restaurant offers a discounted, prix-fixe menu at lunchtime as well four nights each week for dinner. The wine list includes 1,500 selections with vintages primarily from California and Italy. Terra Verde serves lunch and dinner daily. Reservations are suggested. To enjoy a view of the resort while dining, ask for seating on the restaurant's outdoor patio. For romantic ambiance, request a seat near the fireplace. Business casual attire is the norm.
