Pine Island, located off Florida's western coast, is a two-mile wide, 17 mile long expanse approximately 30 minutes from Fort Myers and 15 minutes from Cape Coral. The restaurant prepares a daily breakfast wrap which includes scrambled eggs and potatoes and assorted vegetables and condiments. The restaurant's lunch menu selections include a soup of the day, and salads such as Chef salad and Caesar salad. Little Lilly's also prepares egg, chicken or tuna salad sandwiches, grilled cheese and tomato sandwiches, Italian sausage and peppers sandwiches, crab cake croissants and the Pine Island Pam wrap, which includes turkey, roasted red peppers, black olives, feta cheese and Greek vinaigrette.
