Open your Internet browser. Navigate to the Singapore Airlines website (see "Resources").
Enter your Krisflyer member number and password into the designate fields at the top of the page and hit "Enter". Your account details and number of accrued miles will be displayed at the top of the page.
Move your mouse over the "PPS Club/ Krisflyer" drop-down menu. Click on "My Miles." Click on the "Redeem My Miles" button in the bottom right-hand corner.
Click on your departure and destination points in the "From" and "To" drop-down menus. Click on the dates that you wish to fly. Check the "Krisflyer Redemption" box at the top of the window to indicate that it is a redeeming miles transaction. Indicate ho many adults and children will be flying. Click the "Search and Book" button.
Check the flight options that you would like to have. The types of ticket you may select with your miles are indicated at the top of the screen. Click on the "Display Total Cost" button. The number of miles required will be displayed. Click "Continue."
Read the total cost including the taxes not covered by the mile redemption. Click on "Continue." Enter the passenger details and click "Continue." Enter your payment details and click "Continue" to finalize your booking.
