    • Coulee Lodge Resort is about 15 miles north of Soap Lake, along the shore of Blue Lake in Coulee City. The resort offers a range of cabins that sleep two to six people. Some cabins each have a single bed and futon couch, and others have two bedrooms. Every cabin comes with all bedding and cooking utensils, as well as microwave ovens and electricity. Dogs are welcome with a $5 fee per night. Pontoon boats, paddleboats, rowboats and fishing boats are available for rental. Visitors with their own boats pay small moorage fees.

    • Tolo Vista Lodge features cabins steps away from the Soap Lake shore. Cabins accommodate up to five people and have linens, cable TV and a full kitchen with a microwave and cooking utensils. Each cabin is air-conditioned, and some feature a full bath heated with mineral water from Soap Lake. Pets are welcome in the cabins. Activities include fishing, hiking, swimming, water skiing and boating.

    Sun Lakes Park Resort

    • Drive 17 miles north, along the Lenore Lake shoreline, to reach Sun Lakes Park Resort. It has a selection of cabins, each with a view of the lake and surrounding wetlands. Some cabins have an extra bedroom and can sleep as many as seven adults. Each cabin is air-conditioned and has a dining area with kitchenette, refrigerator, sink, stove and toaster. Bathrooms have showers, and all bedding and bath towels are included. A picnic table is outside each cabin. The resort provides a large lawn area and heated swimming pool, as well as an on-site grocery store and gift shop. Activities include a nine-hole golf course, an 18-hole miniature golf course and boat rentals for relaxing or fishing in one of the many nearby lakes. Hikers can explore more than 4,000 acres of the surrounding wilderness.
