The Peter Kiewit Lodge Restaurant sits at the heart of Mahoney State Park. The restaurant serves three meals daily and offers a noon buffet. Views from the restaurant overlook the Platte River and holiday buffets are available. Hours for the restaurant are 7:30 a.m. to 2 pm and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays and holidays. There are evening specials from 5 to 8 p.m. that features all-you-can-eat spaghetti on Monday, tacos on Tuesday, all-you-can-eat chicken buffet on Wednesday and buffalo entrees on Thursday.

Since 1995, Round the Bend Steakhouse & Saloon has served quality food to the area surrounding Mahoney State Park. The steakhouse features hand-cut steaks such as prime rib, T-bone, rib eye and New York strip. Salads and a kid's meals are also available. Hours are 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday.

Cheri O's supplies the Mahoney State Park area with a local shop that serves hand-dipped ice cream, coffee, soup and sandwiches. Breakfast starts at 7 a.m. and features bagels, muffins, cinnamon rolls or waffles. Lunch specials are available from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily that consist of soups, salads and sandwiches.
