How to Make a Disneyland Kennel Reservation

If you take your pet with you to Disneyland, let them enjoy a day at the Disneyland Kennel Club. The club is located just outside the main entrance to the park. You will be able to drop your dog or cat off at the kennel, enjoy the day at Disneyland or Disney's California Adventure and pick your pet up at the end of the day. As of December 2010 the cost to board your pet at the Disneyland Kennel Club was $20 per animal and there are no overnight pet accommodations.

Have your vaccination forms ready. You will be required to show proof of rabies, distemper and hepatitis vaccinations from your veterinarian in order to board your dog. For cats you will have to show proof of rabies, distemper, hepatitis, panluelaopenia, rhinotracheitus and calcivirus vaccinations. These vaccinations are required by the kennel for all pets over 4 months old

Pay a deposit. When making a reservation for your pet at the Disneyland Kennel you may be asked for a deposit of one day's rate. Reservations are not required to use the kennel, but space is limited on a first come, first served basis and a reservation will ensure a place for your pet.

Be prepared to handle your own pet. Even though you will be boarding your pet at the kennel it will be your responsibility to place the pet in and out of the cage enclosures. You will also be in charge of walking your pet throughout the day. If this is not something you wish to do, you might want to consider alternate boarding options during your vacation.
