For those renewing an old passport, you'll need to take your current passport, a copy of the data pages of your current passport and proof of current Philippine citizenship. Proof of current Philippine citizenship can include a green card or a U.S. Visa/I-94. Those applying for their first Philippine passport will need to take a Report of Birth.
Take your documents, passport fee and completed application to your nearest Philippine consulate. You don't need an appointment; applications are processed on a first-come, first-served walk-in basis. You'll be fingerprinted and have your photograph taken at this time.
