Download the Visa Application form from any visa application website. This is a free form that is available in PDF format. The Canadian Citizenship and Immigration website offers the form for download.
Fill in each area of the form. Select the language you want to use (French or English) and name the persons to be considered, if more than one Visa is required (Family Visa). Provide the type of travel, such as business or personal, and indicate how long the applicant(s) will remain in Canada.
Gather required documents including two passport type photos, application fee, recent passport (with at least six months of available time remaining before the renewal period), and proof of funds. You will need to send this information along with your Visa application.
Wait for the response in regards to your application. In certain circumstances a medical exam may be required. Follow up with each request immediately to expedite the process.
