Experience the natural beauty of the region by visiting Long Point Park. The park is located on the north shore of Long Point, a region of cattail marshes that is home to a variety of waterfowl.
Enjoy the summer in Long Point by heading to the boardwalks and beach on the south shore. Swimming and boating on Lake Erie are among the most popular activities. In Port Rowan you can also enjoy a round of golf at the Starks Golf Club.

The Port Dover Harbour Museum displays artifacts chronicling the regions heritage as a fishing center dating back to the 1700s. Every fall the town of Port Rowan hosts Bayfest, held on Canada’s Labour Day (like the US Labor Day, this is always the first Monday in September). Port Dover has a custom of holding a festival every Friday the 13th that includes a rally by local motorcycle enthusiasts.
