Go to Pedro's Castle St. James Historic Site in Savannah. This historic site is an eighteenth century plantation and is one of the oldest buildings on the island. Furnished and decorated in the quintessential Caribbean fashion of that era, visiting the castle feels like a time machine back to the eighteenth centuries. There are bananas and pineapples planted on the grounds of the site.
Visit Hell. This interestingly named place got its name from the almost evil appearances of the black rock formations located here. There is an official post office here that was opened in 1962, built so visitors to the area could officially mark their trip to Hell. There is a boardwalk that provides visitors better views and access to the rock formations.
Explore Turtle Farm. This is a breeding farm and research center that houses five varieties of green sea turtles, which are common on the Cayman Islands. This is a great place to observe turtles up close, and the best part about the farm is that it helps to keep the turtles from becoming extinct.
