Show Low, Arizona, was founded in 1870. Nestled in the White Mountains, in southern Navajo County, this small city serves as major attraction for Arizona tourism. The Sunrise Park Resort, owned and operated by the White Mountain Apache Tribe, is a premiere destination for skiers, snow boarders and campers willing to drive a little farther from Show Low. The facilities include a 100-room lodge and an RV park and campground. Lodge amenities include two restaurants, an indoor pool, Jacuzzi and a game room. Meeting facilities are available for large social functions. Campground permits and lift tickets are available for sale at the front desk of the lodge.
