Luckily for folks in Southeastern Wisconsin, water park fun is not just limited to the warm months of summer. These water parks, often affiliated with hotels, offer water slides for the adventurous, pools for the toddlers and rejuvenating spas for the tired.
Head to downtown Milwaukee for a touch of paradise at the Paradise Landing Indoor Waterpark in the Hilton Milwaukee City Center hotel. Guests can enjoy the water slides, unwind in the lazy Lagoon or luxuriate in the 31 person spa. Get for ready for fun at Moose Mountain Falls, the indoor Waterpark at the Timber Ridge Lodge in Lake Geneva, an hour south of Milwaukee. Young and old alike will enjoy all of the rides and activities, such as the Tiny Timbers waterfall and slide area for young kids and the Activity Pool with its slides and rope climb. The adventurous will love the Timber Rapids and Avalanche Falls, 30 foot water slides. Those looking to relax can soak in the hot tubs or ease their way in tubes down the lazy Canyon River. Guests looking for a quick bite can head to the Hungry Moose Food Court, right next to the Waterpark, for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Moose Mountain Falls is open daily. Moose Mountain Falls is open to the general public on weekdays and is reserved for Lodge guests on the weekends. Guests who purchase a Timber Ridge Lodge hotel suite for the day also receive five passes to Moose Mountain Falls. Overnight Timber Ridge Lodge guests who book a one bedroom suite receive four complimentary passes to Moose Mountain Falls and guests who book a two bedroom suite receive six complimentary passes. If needed, these guests may also purchase an additional four tickets.

Less than a half hour west of Milwaukee is the Springs Water Park, part of the Country Springs Hotel. The Springs offer water basketball, the Barrel Roll River, lazy river tube ride and the Triple Dog Dare, a boat slide that can accommodate up to three people. Both toddlers and older kids will enjoy the Waukesha Waterworks, with its water cannons, slides and water dump buckets. The daring will love the Cyclone, a body slide that twists and turns all 206 feet down to the bottom. Guests looking for a bite to eat can dine on pizza and ice cream at the nearby Square Meal Snack Bar or relax in the Wet Your Whistle Lounge.
The Springs' days and hours of operation vary. Day passes are available to guests who aren't staying at the hotel, are available at the Springs, and are only allowed on the day of purchase. Those wishing to purchase passes on line, can buy Splash Passes. Splash Passes are for the day of purchase or can be purchased 90 days in advance. Country Springs Hotel guests may purchase rooms with the Water Park Rate which includes four passes.
