There are several locations in Florida where you can go camping or bring your RV on the waterfront that have all the amenities and activites that you need. The campgrounds and waterfront RV parks also offer many outdoor adventures and the convenience of being next to shopping and dining areas and recreational attractions.

  1. Carver's Cove RV Park

    • Located next to Cape Canaveral, Carver's Cove RV Park sits on what is called the Space Coast and is within walking distance of the Atlantic Ocean. The park has full RV hookups; docks; water, electrical and sewer hookups; showers; and laundry facilities. It also is within a few blocks of local shopping, restaurants and public transit. The park offers RV campsites as well as cabins that you can rent, and there are several beaches and fishing locations nearby. Carver's Cove is also close to many Florida attractions such as Cape Canaveral Space Center and Disney World as well as the Indian River, Mosquito Lagoon, Cypress Gardens, Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge and the Banana River Aquatic Preserve.

    Indian Pass Campground

    • Located on the Apalachicola Bay near the Gulf of Mexico, the Indian Pass Campground is filled with many beaches and recreational activities. Featuring a variety of cabins and campsites that are just steps from the beach, the cabins include screened porches; kitchenettes; and full, queen or bunk beds and sofa sleepers and futons. Indian Pass also includes many waterfront RV campsites with showers, a laundry room and a convenience store. The campground provides recreational activities such as swimming at an outdoor pool, fishing expeditions, bike rentals, boating and exploring local wildlife and plants. The Indian Pass Campgrounds is nearly 10-miles long and more than a mile wide and is the home of the Sambar Deer, which can get up to 600 or 700 lbs.

    Frog Creek Campground and RV Park

    • The Frog Creek Campground and RV Park offers a family-friendly environment that is set next to Bishop Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. Featuring campsites shaded by Spanish moss and live oak trees, the campground provides things such as heated pools, full RV and camping hookups and picnic shelters. At the Toad House, you will find a library, game room, free Wi-Fi, televisions and other entertainment devices. The campground also includes many recreational activities such as canoeing, hiking, fishing or just relaxing in the sunshine. Frog Creek Campground and RV Park is closely located to several attractions such as the Selby Botanical Gardens, Disney World, the Ringling Brothers Complex and Busch Gardens.
