How to Change Your Plane Ticket on United Airlines

Change your plane ticket on a United Airlines flight as soon as you know your schedule changes. If you have a refundable ticket, this simply entails your choosing the new flight and paying the difference in the airfare or being refunded the difference in the event the flight is less than the original one. However, if you purchase a nonrefundable ticket directly on the United Airlines website or through a travel booking website, you will be required to pay a $150 change fee along with any difference in the airfare.
