How to Change a Reservation on Southwest Airlines

Southwest Airlines has been a major airline for over two decades. They fly to 69 cities in 35 states. According to their website, Southwest has had the "lowest ratio of complaints per passengers boarded of all Major U.S. carriers" since 1987, which is when the Department of Transportation (DOT) began recording such statistics. They were also the first airline to establish a home page on the Internet. Now, this website allows users to book and change reservations with ease.
