    • The Holly Recreation Area is one of Michigan's many state campgrounds. The campground is just over 7,800 acres in size, and offers many activities.     Flint/Holly KOA

    • The Flint/Holly KOA offers several camping options. The recreational vehicle sites have a maximum pull-through length of 85 feet and have 50-amp electrical service available. Tent sites are available in a primitive setting or with water and electric. One- or two-room cabins sleep between four to six people and include a mini-fridge, microwave, ceiling fans, electricity, fire pit and picnic table. Air conditioning, heat and cable television is available in some cabins. Studio lodges sleep four people and include a full bathroom, microwave, mini-fridge, table and chairs, queen bed and bunk beds. All studio lodges have air conditioning, heat, cable TV, a fire pit and picnic table. Smoking is prohibited in the cabins and studio lodges, and pets are allowed for an additional fee. Among the campground's amenities are a campground store, snack bar, wireless Internet, LP gas, firewood, laundry facilities, two bath houses with showers, a pavilion or meeting room, and a seasonal swimming pool.

    Seven Lakes State Park

    • Seven Lakes State Park is 1,434-acre state campground. Its activities include cross country skiing; bluegill, bass, pike, tiger muskie and catfish fishing; 6.5 miles of hiking trails; canoeing; hunting for deer, turkey, waterfowl, rabbit and squirrel; metal detecting; five miles of mountain biking trails; and swimming. There is a beach house and a concession and store area to rent row boats, canoes, paddle boats and motor boats from mid-May to mid-September. A boat launch leads to the 170-acre Big Seven Lake and the 44-acre Dickinson lake. Picnic areas, picnic shelters and a playground are also available for guest use. Modern campsites with electrical hookups, bath houses, and sanitation stations are also available.

    Brendel Lake Campground

    • Brendel Lake Campground is located in a valley. The lake itself is a private lake that stocks fish yearly. The campground has a picnic and swimming area with grills and a pavilion and offers a variety of boat and jet-ski rentals. The camping setting is described as rustic. For people who wish to dock their boats, the campground offers docking space at a seasonal charge.
