Ironwood Point Recreation Area Campground is located on the southern end of Lake Wallenpaupack. It offers shaded partial hook-up RV sites that include a picnic table and fire ring. It also has some walk-in tent sites on the lakeshore. Facility amenities include a coin-operated laundry room, dump station and picnic pavilion with barbecues grills along with modern restrooms and private showers. Recreational amenities include a playground, arcade and hiking trails in the wooded area adjacent to the campground. A Marina is located on-site and offers boat rentals, boat slips and a launch.

Facility amenities include a camp store, coin-operated Laundromat and dump station as well as modern restrooms, private showers and a playground. The campground has a large beach area on the lake with several piers and a boat launch. It is also adjacent to a public swimming beach, which has a lifeguard and roped swimming area.

Ledgedale Recreation Area Campground is located on the central portion of the lake in Greentown, Pennsylvania. It offers partial hook-up campsites that include a picnic table and fire ring. Facility amenities include a coin-operated laundry room, modern restroom and private showers along with a general store that carries groceries, camping supplies and fishing tackle. There is a marina located on-site which offers rentals kayaks, a boat launch and dock space along with fishing piers for guests of the campground to catch bass and bluegill. Other amenities include a playground, game room and wooded hiking trails in the area surrounding the campground.
