Located in the heart of Thunder Valley, Thunder Valley Campground features affordable camping during NASCAR races. Thunder Valley Campground is open 24 hours a day, and there is full security provided. In addition to food, drink and ice vendors, Thunder Valley also offers 24-hour shower houses and restrooms. Each campsite is allowed one permit for a camper and one car; extra cars can be parked in a nearby lot for an extra fee. A free shuttle service is available to and from all race events. After the event, check out the local fishing and hiking. Reservations are required at this campground.

A race-friendly campground, Bristol Campground offers one car and one camper permit per reservation. An additional car is allowed for a fee. Campsites are large at Bristol Campground, with the smallest being 24 by 40 feet. Bristol is the largest campground in the area with more than 113 acres, and is walking distance from the track. You may also take the free shuttle service to and from all race events. Private vendors can provide dump service for a fee and public water is available at several locations. Bristol Campground does allow campfires; however, a fire ring is required. Open 24 hours a day, the campground allows golf carts, but will not accept ATVs or any other motorized vehicle. The entire campground is fenced in and patrolled by security, and the campground is staffed with 24-hour emergency first responders. The campground does permit pets, though you must call in advance for policies and rules.

Just a short walk to the track, All-American Campgrounds is a choice for many NASCAR fans each year. Each reservation includes a camper and car permit, and the grounds feature six shower units, while some sites offer water and electricity. For an additional cost, All-American Campgrounds will allow you to park another car or rent a golf cart. ATVs are also permitted, though both golf carts and ATVs require a special permit, available for a fee upon checking in. Open 24 hours a day, All-American Campgrounds offers water stations throughout the property, as well as a dump station. Security is provided 24 hours a day by the local sheriff's department and food, ice and drink vendors are on site. Fireworks are not permitted; however, campfires are allowed as long as the fire is in a metal container. Pets are permitted, but must be on a leash at all times. The campground has a vehicle curfew in place from midnight to 6 a.m.
