The Riverside Lodge & Cabins

• Located in Red River, the Riverside Lodge & Cabins has 30 one- to three-bedroom condominiums and cabins. Each furnished cabin has a color television with DVD player, telephone and fully equipped kitchen with microwave. Some cabins have dishwashers. Being centrally located, guests of the Riverside Lodge can enjoy the attractions in Red River, such as live music, a cowboy evening, shopping, skiing and winter carnival. Other area activities include disc golf, cycling, hunting, horseback riding and snow sledding.

River Ranch

• River Ranch guests are near enough to town to enjoy its attractions but just outside of the traffic area. The River Ranch cabins are rustic, furnished with kitchens and bathrooms, as well as double beds and gas heat. Linens do not come with the cabin but are available for a fee. Some cabins have carpeted floors, while the rest have pine floors. None of the cabins has televisions and only one cabin has a fireplace. Registered guests can fish in the lake provided they keep their catch.

Rio Colorado Lodge

• Located on 5 mountain acres in Red River, the Rio Colorado Lodge offers guests individual cabins with one, two or three bedrooms. All cabins have kitchen facilities and cable television. Cabins have either wood-burning stoves or fireplaces, while kitchen/kitchenettes have a microwave, coffee maker, stove or hot plates, and appropriately sized refrigerator/freezer units. The lodge welcomes pets and children, providing a playground and picnic area with barbecue and a private fishing pond. In addition to easy access to the Red River ski area, the lodge is a short drive to the Angel Fire and Taos ski areas. During the summer, guests can fish the lodge’s private pond, stocked with rainbow trout. The local area provides ATV and Jeep tours, whitewater rafting guides, as well as hunting and fishing guides.
