Magnolia Springs State Park, located in southeast Georgia, attracts visitors to its crystal springs. The park has eight cottages. Only one cottage permits dogs. Smoking is prohibited in all the cottages.
The cottages have either two bedrooms that sleep eight people, or three bedrooms that sleep 12. Each bedroom contains two queen beds. The two-bedroom cottages have one full bath, while the three-bedroom cottages have two baths. All eight cottages include bed and bath linens, a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, air-conditioning and screened-in porch, as well as a television with satellite, DVD player, picnic table, fire ring and a grill. Remember to bring your own firewood, because it is not provided by the park.

Located in northwest Georgia, Red Top Mountain State Park (RTMSP) rests on the shores of Lake Allatoona, providing visitors with plenty of opportunities for swimming, fishing and boating. The park offers 18 cottages, two of which are dog-friendly.
There are two types of cottages at RTMSP, either with one bath or two. All 18 feature two bedrooms, each with two double beds. The one-bath cottages have a marina view, while the two-bath rentals have a view of the lake. There are fully equipped kitchens, complete with a microwave and coffeemaker; linens are provided. All cottages have a fireplace and air-conditioning unit. Outside each unit is a fire ring, grill and picnic table. The park does not provide firewood, so bring your own.

Tugaloo State Park offers visitors access to the 55,590-acre Lake Hartwell area. Situated in northeast Georgia, this park is a popular destination for water skiing, fishing, sailing and boating. The park has 20 cottages. Two of these permit dogs.
All 20 cottages sit lakefront and have two bedrooms with two double beds and an allowed maximum of eight guests. Some of the cottages have one bath; others have two full baths or two half-baths that share a shower. Linens are provided, and there is a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and coffeemaker. A fireplace or wood stove heats the cottages that have air-conditioning units, but wood is not provided. While guests have access to cable television, the cottages do not have telephones. The cottages with one full bath have screened-in porches; the others have an open deck. All cottages have a picnic table and grill outside the unit.
