Wears Valley, Tenn., also sometimes called Wear Valley, is a small, unincorporated town located in Sevier County. Wears Valley is near the town of Pigeon Forge, nestled in a place known as Wear Cove, which runs parallel to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. There is a 5-mile stretch of main parkway running through town that offers a trolley service. In July 2007, the reported population was just over 7,500 residents.
Brookside RV Resort is a beautifully landscaped campground located on Waldens Creek, which flows right at the foothills of the Smoky Mountains. Brookside features 65 campsites with full hook-ups (30/50 amp, water, sewer and cable) and is the only campsite in the area that offers sites for sale or rent to use throughout the year.

Also located on Waldens Creek is King's Holly Haven RV Park. King's is open year-round with fluctuating rates during the season. Rates are for two campers and vary between $22 - $32 depending on the time of year and type of campsite. Additional campers over the age of 6 are $3 each per day. Monthly campsites are also available.
Amenities at King's Holly Haven RV Park include pavilion (featuring gospel singers on some weekends during the summer), swimming pool, cable, playground, patios, fire rings, grills and bath houses and laundry rooms that are air conditioned. Reservations can be made by contacting King's but be prepared to pay a deposit of $10 per night when reservations are made.

Clabough's Campground is a large, family-owned campground that has been in business since 1978. Clabough's features over 300 campsites and also offers log cabins and vacation homes that sleep up to six people. Rates for cabins and vacation homes range from $82 to $129 per night (rate good for up to six people) and there is a minimum stay of two nights. Campsite rates range from $25 to $35 and are good for one to four people. Each additional person over the age of six is an extra $2 per day.
Amenities include 310 full hook-up sites, 70 pull-through sites, 2 swimming pools, game room, grocery store, restaurant, Exxon gas, cable TV, 3 laundry rooms, 4 bath houses, picnic tables, trolley service and more. Clabough's Campground accepts reservations.
