Campgrounds Near Dover, Tennessee

Each year, outdoor enthusiasts flock to the area around Dover, Tennessee, which lies along the Kentucky border. The region is home to Kentucky Lake, one of the world's largest man-made lakes, as well as the Cumberland River and numerous streams. The campground is also less than a mile from Cross Creeks National Wildlife Refuge, a 8,862-acre preserve that houses geese, ducks, neo-tropical migratory birds, nesting bald eagles and gray bats. <br /><br />Elk Harbor offers 44 campsites with 30- and 50-amp receptacles, water and sewage hookups, free Wi-Fi access, showers and laundry facilities.
