California Lakefront Campgrounds

Both tent and RV campsites are available directly on the lakefront. The RV sites include electric hookups, water tap hookups, picnic tables, barbecue pits, shade trees, satellite television accessibility and wireless access to the Internet. Public shower houses and laundry facilities are available within a short walk of each of the camping sites. Tent sites include barbecue pits, shade trees, and water taps. Boats and kayaks are available for rent at the marina.

    South Lake Tulloch

    • South Lake Tulloch Campground and Marina sits about halfway between Yosemite National Park and the City of San Francisco, on the shores of Lake Tulloch. The lake is surrounded by trails for hiking and exploring the lakefront area. The camping facilities at the lakefront offer both RV camping sites and more rustic tent sites. Each of the RV sites feature electrical hookups, water tap hookups, picnic tables and barbecue pits. Tent sites are equipped with barbecue pits, water tap hookups and picnic tables as well. Other amenities at this lakefront camping facility include a shower house with toilets, a sandy beach for swimming, boat docks and a general store. Boats and kayaks are available for rent.
