Campers paid $75 a night or more to stay in the resort's rental cabins, where sheets and towels are provided. Two of the cabins sleep four people, and one accommodates eight. Amenities available at the park include a swimming pool, playground, picnic pavilion, convenience store and fenced pet run. Campers also can take advantage of tennis and basketball courts, horseshoe pits and a recreation room.

    • About 35 minutes outside of Corpus Christi, you'll find Bahia Vista Waterfront RV Park in the town of Rockport. The campground sits on a bluff above Aransas Bay. Those who want to stay in a camping cabin find them furnished with linens, a microwave, a refrigerator and dishes. The cabins include air conditioning, heat and cable television and rented for $75 a night with a two-night minimum as of June 2010.
