Greenstone Acres is a family-run resort right on Lake Huron. While primarily a resort with cottages for rent, it does have a couple of spots for RV hookups. These sites come with a picnic table and a grill. Amenities include outdoor movies, a library of books for both adults and children, and a gift shop.

Lexington RV Resort features 210 sites for full hookup RVs. Lexington RV does not have any sites for tents, pop-ups or pickup campers. Sites are available for rental by the day, week, month, season or even for ownership. The resort also features a clubhouse, a kitchen for guest use, laundry facilities, showers and a pool.

Armstrong's Lakeport Resort provides cottages as well as RV hookup sites. Armstrong's has its own private beach, cable television, barbecue grills, picnic tables and a children's play area. Guests can also store their RVs for the winter if they so desire.

Lake Huron Campground is located about 13 miles away from Lexington in Carsonville. Lake Huron has sites for full hookup RVs, as well as sites for tents and pickup campers. The campground has 395 sites to choose from, with 46 on the banks of the campground's privately owned lake. In addition, 25 cabins are also available for rental.

About 11 miles south of Lexington is Lakeport, Michigan, home to Lakeport State Park, which has two campgrounds with a total of 250 campsites between them. All sites either come with or have close access to a picnic table, a fire circle, electricity, and a modern toilet or shower building. Several pull-through sites are also available.
