The Nova Family Campground is about 7 miles from Daytona International Speedway, which hosts the Daytona 500. The campground has large sites that will accommodate even the largest rig. Hookups include electricity, water and cable television. Tent camping is permitted, and there are cabins available. Activities include horseshoes and shuffleboard. There is a swimming pool, camp store, recreation room and bath house. Pets are allowed. Extended stays and rates are available, but only adults may stay in the campground for more than 21 days at a time.

The International RV Park and Campground, about three miles from the Speedway, has 130 RV sites. The campground has full hookups and offers sites with concrete pads. Sites are large enough to accommodate rigs up to 40 feet long. The campground has a camp store, laundry facilities, clubhouse, putting green, playground, fishing pond, swimming pool, dump station and bath house. Free high-speed wireless Internet access is available in some areas. Part of the campground contains natural wetlands and a wooded area filled with wildlife. Pets are welcome.

The Sugar Mills Ruins Travel Park is a gated campground in New Smyrna Beach. The park has full hookups and offers a camp store, laundry facilities, bath house, game room, playground, lounge and swimming pool on the premises. Activities include bocce ball, shuffleboard, basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, fishing and canoeing. The park does not allow motorcycles, mini bikes, open fires or electric heaters.
