How to Get a Passport in Kentucky

Kentucky residents can apply for a new passport at various passport acceptance facilities in the state. Check with your local post office. Ask about handicap access or on-site photo service if you need it. As of November 2010, there is no Regional Passport Agency in Kentucky. If you will be traveling in less than two weeks or if you need your passport in four weeks to get a visa, you can schedule an appointment at a nearby Regional Passport Agency in another state.
