How to Get a Long-Term Italian Visa in Boston

Residents of Boston or nearby areas can acquire a long-term visa for entry into Italy through the Italian consulate in Boston. For American citizens, visas are not required for stays of up to 90 days, but if you are planning on staying longer than that, you will need one. The kind of visa required depends on your reason for visiting Italy, and the Italian government issues 20 different kinds of entry visas.
