How to Apply for a Swedish Visa

If you are planning to visit Sweden for less than three months, you will need an entry visa if the country that issued your passport is a non-EU/EEA country. The entry visa is a permit that allows you to visit Sweden for reasons such as vacation, a business trip or to spend time with friends and family. To apply for a visa you will need to provide an application, personal documentation and a processing fee. You can check the visa requirements by contacting the Swedish Embassy in your country of residence.
