How Can You Find an Old Delta Itinerary?

If you want to find an old Delta Air Lines itinerary, you have two choices. The airline's website gives you the ability to find a current and old trip using their "Itinerary & Check-In" section or by signing into your Delta SkyMiles account. Delta SkyMiles is a frequent flyer miles program that allows flyers to collect miles that can be used to purchase future tickets. You may have better luck finding your old itinerary using your Delta SkyMiles account because it's a more personalized system and it can give you more detailed information.

Use the Delta Itinerary Section

  Visit Delta's website and click on "Travel Information" on the upper right corner. A drop-down menu will pop up; select "Itineraries & Check-In." A new page will come up.

  Select the way you want to search for your old itinerary. You can search by confirmation number, credit or debit card number, or "eTicket" number. Click on the desired section and enter the requested information.

  Click "Go" after you have completed the designated areas. You may only get itineraries for the past two to three years.
Use a Delta SkyMiles Account

  Sign in to your Delta SkyMiles Account. You will need to have your SkyMiles number and your PIN to sign in. Delta SkyMiles is a free program that you can enroll into, once you purchase your first Delta ticket.

  Click "SkyMiles," which is located on the upper right corner. Select "Manage My Account" from the drop-down menu. A new window will open. Click on "View Account Activity" from the list. Once clicked, a new window will be displayed.

  Select "Custom Date Range" from the "Report Range" drop-down menu, located on the lower left corner. Click "Get Activity." Your itineraries for the past three years will be displayed. You can click on your old itineraries for more information.
