The Savannah South Georgia campground is independently owned and operated and open all year round. Besides tent and RV camping, visitors also have the choice of staying in a camping lodge or one to two room cabins near the 35-acre lake. Cabins and lodges are all non-smoking, have cable TV and don't allow pets. The lake can be used for fishing, boating or bird watching. Campers can opt to explore Savannah's architecture in the historic district, shop at the Savannah Festival Outlet Mall and even enjoy horse-drawn carriage rides. Advanced reservations are required for cabin rentals and can be made online or by phone.
