Branson, Missouri is located in the Ozark Mountains and is known as the "Live Music Capital of the World." The town features over 50 live theaters various golf courses, museums and a large range of shopping options. In addition, Branson is home to one large indoor water park for family fun: Castle Rock Resort and Water Park.
Castle Rock Water Park has two slides: The Corkscrew is a slide with lots of twists and turns; The Tube is a one-person slide that drops the rider from a 30-foot tower to the splash pool. All slide participants must be 42 inches or taller. There are several smaller themed slides for those shorter than 42 inches. The lazy river offers a lower key option for adults and children who want a stress-free water ride. Castle rock also has a zero depth entry pool with two small slides, play structures and a dumping bucket. This pool is suitable for all ages. This water park has three outdoor options as well: the outdoor wading pool, kiddies splash pool and outdoor activity pool with a multilevel sundeck.
Castle Rock offers several options for larger birthday parties and groups. The royal wave party is $15 per guest with a minimum of 10 guests and includes two hours in the Party Room. Castle rock provides a personalized birthday cake and soda. In addition there is an a la carte menu as a birthday package add-on. The menu includes hamburgers and chips for $3 each, hot dogs and chips for $3 each and a 12 inch pizza for $10.
In addition to the water park, Castle Rock is also a 200-room, two-building hotel. The Tower is attached to the water park directly and offers guests family friendly rooms complete with kiddie coves. Kiddie coves have stacked bunk beds and a separate TV with age-appropriate channels. Water park access is included with guest fees. The Atrium suites are not directly connected to the water park and don't have kiddie coves; however, water park access is included with guest fees as well. In addition, Castle Rock restaurant is a full service dining room located on site. The Tower Grill is another on-site restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.
