East Branch River RV Park

• This 58-acre park is situated on the shoreline along the east branch of the Au Gres River. A short walk from your campsite, the abundant river offers fishing for steelhead, brook trout, brown trout and more. The park has almost 38 full service sites with electricity, water and sewer. Amenities include a modern restroom, a bathhouse and laundry facilities. Each campsite can accommodate any size rig, including parking for your car and a small boat. Designed to meld into the natural surroundings, you'll find deer and other wildlife roaming freely. All sites also feature an Amish-built picnic table that seats eight and a fire ring.

Brown's Landing

• Just 6 miles south of Tawas, Brown's Landing features 350 feet of sandy beach, 80 RV hookups, a 180-foot pier for fishing and is close to four area golf courses. RV park amenities include sewer, water, electric, Cablevision, Wi-Fi, mobile pump-out, patios, a playground and a snack store. The park is also pet-friendly. Take a ride on the Miss Charity Isle charter boat and explore nearby Charity Island situated on beautiful Lake Huron. The 47-foot Coast Guard-approved boat has a 30-person capacity and can be also chartered for fishing excursions.

East Tawas City Park

• Situated near downtown on the Tawas Bay, this RV park is adjacent to the East Tawas Harbor of Refuge. The park has 174 modern campsites with full hookups, cable TV, a modern bathhouse with hot showers and a playground and picnic area with a gazebo. The park also features a 1,600-foot public swimming beach, horseshoe pits and access to fishing on State Pier. Within walking of downtown, visitors can peruse the shops, hunt for antiques or take in local history at the Tawas Indian Museum and the Losco County Historical Museum. Campers also have access to the state boat launch and paved bicycle and walking pathways. A year-round park, there is winter trailer storage available.
