KOA Campgrounds in Sandusky, Michigan

There are three KOA (Kampgrounds of America) campgrounds within 90 miles of Sandusky, Michigan. If you plan on visiting Sandusky and are considering staying in one of the nearby KOA campgrounds, you should be aware of the facilities, months open, rental options, and reservation information at each of the different campsites.
  1. Emmett KOA Campground

    • The KOA campground in Emmett, Michigan is approximately 30 miles from Sandusky, and about 15 miles from Lake Huron. The campground has RV and tent sites, one- and two-room cabins, and a 27-foot trailer and lodges with both bathrooms and kitchenettes. No pets are allowed in the cabins, trailer, or lodges. RV and tent rental are available. As of 2010, the campground is open from April to October.

    Port Huron KOA Campground

    • The Port Huron KOA campground in Kimball, Michigan is approximately 45 miles from Sandusky, and about 5 miles from Lake Huron. The campground has RV and tent sites, one- and two-room cabins, camping cottages, and camping lodges. Call for pet policies. As of 2010, the campground is open from May to October.

    Flint/Holly KOA Campground

    • The Flint/Holly KOA campground in Holly, Michigan is approximately 90 miles from Sandusky. It is located inland, but offers a skate park, mini golf, and a summertime swimming pool. The campground has RV and tent sites, one- and two-room cabins, and camping lodges. Call for pet policies. As of 2010, the campground is open from April to December.
