Aspen Point at the Lake of the Woods

• Aspen Point is a primitive campsite located on the banks of the Lake of the Woods. There are no RV hookups available. There are 18 single sites with one fire pit and picnic table each, and 2 double sites with two picnic tables and fire pits available. There is adequate parking for 2 vehicles at each site. The campground features flush toilets, water faucets and a boat launch. Area activities include swimming, fishing, boating and hiking. The campground offers a handicapped-accessible campsite.

Sunset Campground at the Lake of the Woods

• This secluded campground offers 20 primitive campsites plus one site with RV hookups. Campsites run along the banks of the lake. Each site has a fire pit and picnic tables, plus parking for 2 cars. A sandy beach and a boat launch are nearby. Area activities include hiking, swimming, fishing and boating. Firewood is available on-site. There are handicapped-accessible sites and services available.

Lake of the Woods Lookout

• This rustic campsite is located above the Lake of the Woods in the Rouge National Forest. There are rustic camping sites and one very rustic cabin. There is no water on-site, so visitors will need to bring their own. Campers must also pack out any trash as there are not any trash services at the park. Campers wanting to make a reservation for the rustic cabin will need to contact the forest ranger at least 3 days in advance. The cabin has beds and a propane stove, but no bedding, cooking supplies or electricity. Park attractions are miles of scenic hiking trails, as well as fishing and swimming.
