     Go to "travel.state.gov" to apply for a passport online.

     Click the "Apply for a Passport" option (to the right of the page).

     Click "Applications and Forms" (to the left of the page).

     Complete the online application by using "Form DS-11" via the "Passport Application Wizard". After completion of your application, you should be given a payment estimate and the opportunity to print a copy of the form for your records.
